He spearheaded Panim into the diamond industry to cater to the global diamond markets with unique diamond shapes such as diamond beads, diamond briolettes (drops), nizam cut or taviz cut diamond, diamond portraits or Rondelles and an unusual collection of rose cuts.

Originally, the family was acclaimed for manufacturing in fine quality unusual diamond shapes with ethical rough sourcing from all over the world. Beginning in the 21st Century, the company shifted its plans to make unusual master pieces by using old European diamonds shapes. Thus bringing back the designs from the Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Retro or contemporary eras.
