Pauline d’Abrigeon is Curator of the Chinese Collections at the Fondation Baur, Museum of Far Eastern Arts, Geneva.

She completed her PhD at the École Pratique des Hautes Études in 2025, with a dissertation on the history of Chinese ceramic collections in nineteenth-century France.
From 2017 to 2020, she led the research programme “Connoisseurs, Collectors and Dealers of Asian Art in France (1700–1939)” at the National Institute of Art History (INHA), exploring the formation of Asian art collections and the networks that shaped them.
Her research focuses on the history of collecting, the circulation of Chinese ceramics in Europe, and the historiography of Asian art. She has curated several exhibitions, including “The Secret of Colours: Ceramics in China and Europe from the Eighteenth Century to the Present” (Fondation Baur, 2022).
